Last week, we released an update that will now allow the deactivation of registrations in bulk! We know that it can sometimes be time-consuming and difficult to deactivate many registrations when a participant cancels. To help mitigate this problem, we have added the ability to deactivate all the registrations on a profile with just one click! Last week, we released an update that will now allow you to void transactions that were created the same day. We know that sometimes people make payments by mistake or accidentally pay a different amount than they intended to. We are happy to offer the organizations we work the ability to void these erroneous transactions if they so wish. To see how to void a transaction please visit our Support Site.
