CampDoc and RecTrac have partnered to offer a seamless integration for parks and recreation departments!
Our integration with RecTrac will help parks and recreation programs deliver quality care, and provide peace of mind for families, as these programs will now have instant access to critical data for day-to-day activities or during a disaster or emergency.
Immediately after registering for an upcoming session or program, a CampDoc account will automatically be created and families will be guided through the process of collecting the required information through the CampDoc portal.
With data syncing, organizations no longer need to export participant rosters from RecTrac and upload them into CampDoc. If a participant does not exist in the CampDoc portal, RecTrac will automatically sync data for that user in CampDoc.
